Winter Wellness Experience is open to members and non-members of Primal Mvmnt Fitness & Nutrition. Participants should complete the waiver and liability form, which will be emailed to you before the event.

Pick the session time slot that suits you (17:00-19:00, 18:15-20:15, 19:30-21:30). Please plan to arrive at 15 minutes early to your session start time.

To make the most of our Winter Wellness Event, please bring your workout gear, a water bottle, a swimsuit (for the sauna & ice bath), and a towel. We'll take care of the rest!

Kick things off with a personalised Strength & Conditioning Functional Fitness session (60 mins) suitable for all levels. Whether you're a novice or a seasoned pro, our expert strength & conditioning coaches at Primal Mvmnt have you covered.

After the workout, prepare for an adventure like no other! Owner of Hálogi Fire & Ice Saunas Ross (member of Primal Mvmnt Fitness & Nutrition) will guide you through a Sauna & Ice Bath experience (60 mins) that will boost your immune system and leave you feeling on top of the world, with optional soothing body scrubs and revitalising face masks. It's the ultimate way to rejuvenate your body and mind.

We've got a Gazebo Changing Area with all the essentials, ensuring your comfort throughout the evening.

Warm up by our inviting Fire Pit, surrounded by mesmerising outdoor lights & a calming hot drink. It's the perfect spot to unwind and connect with fellow wellness enthusiasts.
